Background
My career started in telecoms and finance, cutting my teeth on wholesale infrastructure, operational transformation and B2B onboarding. It was slow, careful work. The kind that teaches you exactly what breaks inside larger organisations, how to fix it properly.
These days I focus on product and operations for smaller companies. Running growth, shipping software, building the things most agencies would outsource. Across 2025 and 2026 I designed, built and launched nine products end-to-end, covering training, process mapping, ESL education, reading, viewing, personal AI companions, football academy onboarding, UK trades admin and Spanish factura reconciliation.
Based in Spain, working with clients across Europe and the UK. I take on fewer engagements than a typical agency, which means you get me, not a junior. I do the work myself, from first call to final handover.
