Consulted on how the business actually runs day to day, then designed one system to replace the spreadsheets and paper notes behind orders, clients and pricing.
Designed and built a full bespoke portal covering orders and deliveries, income, expenses and profit, with per-client pricing, product sizes and Spanish IVA handled correctly throughout.
Automated the expense side with an inbound feed that files supplier invoices against the right expense concept without anyone rekeying them.
